I actually was just checking out a mortgage calculator. I always want to see if it would be better to refinance. And sometimes I just like to see how long it would take to pay off my mortgage if I were to put an additional $50 a month on the principal. It does not seem like it is a lot but it took a couple of months off…and hey - I also saved almost a $500 in interest as well. So, I think that it is worth it. I try to give a little extra but some months it is just impossible!
