Technology today is amazing in the health field. MRI scans are used to diagnose a ton of different conditions from torn ligaments to tumors. I am big into the wool these days – I think that it is the healthier choice – that and cotton. I am sick of the polyester crap and the polyester fill stuff like pillows and comforters…this stuff is toxic even after you wash it because it will offgas for the life time that you have it. I just find it amazing that people still smoke. With all the warnings that we have had in our lifetimes and all the classes we had to sit through and for that everything that we know about how incredibly harmful it is…why do people still smoke or rather why to people start to smoke. Did you know that if you add more meat and seafood in your diet which are high in zinc then you will help to prevent early hair loss because you are building up your hairs proteins. Why not grow your own herbs this winter. It not only looks and smells absolutely wonderful but you will get the daily benefits of having those fresh herbs in your sauces an foods.
