I love to watch tv and munch on pistachios. There is something about the pistachio nut that I just can not get enough of. And it is just so incredibly healthy for you with a ton of vitamin B’s and a great sourse of fiber. I think that people should really think about adding more nuts in their diets – nuts and seeds!
