I have had good luck, knock on wood, with my furnace for that last 10 years. I have only needed to change the furnace filter and the oil filter with my year tune-ups so that is actually great. I am now in the process of getting a water tank because I have the waterless coil tank and you can not get any hot water out of that thing. You go to take a shower and it is luke warm. And if you have kids and go to fill up the tub…the bath is freezing. Hopefully my furnace will last another 15 years with out problems at least!
